transaction with any other persons or third party which is not required
to properly fulfill or ship your order. Your transaction and personal
information is as important to us as it is to you! At Southwest Supply
your satisfaction is also very important to us and every employee is
dedicated to making your shopping experience a pleasant one before and
after the sale! All we ask in return is that you take a moment to read
the information below. These policies are in place to protect you as
the purchaser and us as the vendor from potential losses due to
shipping damage , credit card fraud etc.

Returns
OUR RETURNS
POLICY
You may return many items sold by GPS
Superstore within 15 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable
to exchange items. Returns of items which are not defective will
incur a 20% restocking fee, as well as shipping in both directions.
We cannot accept returns of
certain items, including:
- Any item that is gas-powered or
contains flammable liquids.
- Any product missing the serial
number or UPC.
- Any product that is not in its
orginal as new condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. This
includes all packaging, manuals, accessories, and related materials.
- Any item that is returned more than
15 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of
use.
If you have already
submited an order in error online - please E-mail us using this link I made An Error
So that it can be
corrected before it ships! If your not sure about what is the correct
item please call or email us before you submit your order!

Items shipped in error
by SouthwestSupply most certainly will be replaced with the
correct item or refunded at our discretion . You may possibly be able
to keep an item shipped in error by us at no charge to you, in some

FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGE

TO FILE THE CLAIM AND "ATTEMPT" TO COLLECT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY AT
THE EXPENSE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
To file a DAMAGE CLAIM for
shipments you signed for (have been delivered) , use this link to file

SHIPMENTor you may fax your claim to928-855-8013 you MUST
include your Name and order #. Your order # was given to you at the
time you placed your order on the phone or was sent to you on via the
e-mail address you supplied when you placed your order on-line (see
your confirmation) and a brief desciption of the damage
If it is a TRUCK SHIPMENT,
note the damage or shortage (IN DETAIL) and the number of boxes you
received on the BILL OF LADING. If the Shipment appears to be in less
than good shape open it in front of the truck driver before you sign
for it, if it is damaged refuse it! Then use
this link to notify us of the refusal due to damage via email Please
include your order# REFUSED
SHIPMENT DUE TO DAMAGE We will contact you for reshipment
IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT EITHER
UPS OR TRUCK ,SAVE ALL OF THE BOXES AND PACKAGING MATERIALS No claim will be accepted by the shipping company if
you fail to do this! Meaning you own damaged product.

Orders and shipping times
Orders may be placed
ON-LINE, by telephone or fax. Your Credit
card will be charged upon receipt of your order if it is
reasonably expected to ship within the next 30 days. Delays however
uncommon, can be due to manufactures back order, difficulty in security
and or address verification, pay by check processing (see payment
information) or high shipping volumes due to holidays, storm activity
etc.
If you were quoted a
shipping time keep in mind it is an average or approximate shipping
time. Southwest Supply does not guarantee shipping times AIR, GROUND,
OR TRUCK.
UPS Nextday,
2nd day, 3rd day and all other Air shipments MUST
BE RECEIVED before 12:00pm in order to ship same day. Orders
received after 12:00pm will be shipped the following day THIS IS
ASSUMING THE ITEMS ORDERED ARE IN STOCK. If the items are not in stock
you will be contacted via your e-mail address you supplied.

Check your Airborne, UPS
or Fedex shipment or truck shipment in carefully, do not sign for
boxes you did not receive. Do not let others sign for your shipments. All Shipments require a signature at time of
delivery!.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS, OPTIMA and DISCOVER, VERIFIABLE Cashiers Checks, and
Money Orders, all of which will allow orders to be processed
immediately. Pay-By-Check, Personal check, Business check, and Bank
Check ( OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF CHECKS ) are also accepted, however these
options require 15 working days (21 calendar days) to clear the
bank before items will be shipped. PURCHASE ORDERS, OFFER OF TERMS

IF YOU WISH TO USE A CREDIT CARD, THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE BILLING ADDRESS OR
MUST BE SET UP AS AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS SO THAT IT WILL BE VERIFIABLE
DURING THE SECURITY PROCESS. This can be done in a few minutes by
simply calling the credit card company and telling them you would like
to set up an alternate shipping address.

manufacturers, are available with FREE SHIPPING. THESE ITEMS ARE
CONSPICUOUSLY LABELED AS HAVING FREE SHIPPING. UNLESS AN ITEM IS MARKED
AS OFFERING FREE SHIPPING, THEN SHIPPING CHARGES **WILL** APPLY.
Shipping can be calculated on any item, at any time, by simply clicking
the "Add to Cart" button associated with that item. The screen that
results will show clearly what, if any, shipping charges may apply to
the purchase of that item. Please note that there are often
difference between shipping charges to a commercial address, and
shipping charges to a residential address. If you incorrectly
represent that a residential address is a commercial address, then
additional shipping charges WILL apply to your order, and WILL

ARE NOT commercial addresses, unless a truck driver can turn around a
semi-truck with a 50 foot trailer in your front yard, and you have a

Shipping is offered or included in the price, this offer is valid only
for the 48 contiguous United States. This specifically refers ONLY
to those states whose combined boundaries are the Atlantic Ocean to the
East, the Pacific Ocean to the West, Canada to the North, and Mexico to
the South, and are connected only to one another without any other
countries or sea routes in between. This specifically excludes
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Fiji, Virgin Islands, Zanzabar,
TimBukToo, Mount Kilimanjaro, Dakar, the North Pole, Siberia, Lama
temples in Tibet, all points of the Iditarod trail, anywhere in the
Gobi desert, religious missions serving headhunters in the south
pacific, revolutionary countries in south America, any country where
blue helmeted UN peace keeping forces are operating, anyplace where the
local population may take you hostage or eat you for dinner, orbiting
space stations, most places where a Satellite GPS is required to figure
out where the heck you are - and anywhere else which is not part of the
48 continuous United States. It is possible to ship to any or all of
these locations, however you will need to call us for assistance, and
your rate will be calculated based upon the best rate available to us.
If you still cannot determine if FREE SHIPPING applies to your
situation, PLEASE CALL US and we will be happy to assist. (Sorry for
the lengthy description - but you would not even BELIEVE the phone
calls we get here at Southwest Supply wanting free shipping!)

If any part of this Agreement is held by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the reminder of the
provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be
affected, impaired or invalidated.
